Couples Therapy
Couples work involves looking at each individual’s thoughts, feelings and behaviours. We also focus on how your history, culture, ethnicity, values and so forth impacts your relationship with yourself and your partner. Life is not easy and relationships can be extremely complicated. We can sometimes feel incredibly alone and misunderstood even in our relationship.
In our sessions I offer a safe space where we can explore together the impasses or obstacles that interfere with having an intimate and nourishing relationship. In time, with trust, you will be able to explore your own needs and then learn how to communicate them to your partner. Being truly vulnerable with your partner, with all its risks is the key to an honest, respectful and loving relationship.
